As promised, I have began to publish the draft of the Newsies and Bootblacks game on this very blog. You will only to go to header, click on Game Draft and you will be lead to the Table of Contents of our new game, Newsies and Bootblacks.

Right now there are not many differences with Newsies and Pickpockets; after all it’s an upgraded version of that game, and I have only uploaded the introduction and a game excerpt which uses only the most basic and common rules. A few things have been updated, however, and with time, as I upload more and more material, you will be able to spot the differences as they happen.

These differences will not be important rules-wise. I — along with other — feel the rules are doing generally a good job, though there is always room for some polishing. But as I start to upload background material on the setting, things will go bang.

My quest is to add more deepness and richness to the setting without suffocating your own initiative, without making it too rigid, retaining its nature as a framework for the creative Game-Master and yet usable by the time starved kind.

Wish me luck.

Oh, and as always, comments are heartily welcomed. Anything, even spotting a missed comma or punctuation helps to make this game as we want it to be.
