OK, Everett, the primer will be free

Free as in free beer. Just in case, Everett Bogue is the author of Minimalist Business, with Newsies & Bootblacks, I’m trying an experiment to see if I can prove him right, if a minimalist business can work for me too or if it’s more dependent on luck or fate.

So, what did it happen yesterday? Everett emailed me and personally advised me to release the primer for free.

I feel honored. It’s just great when somebody who has already been successful takes a time to offer you a tip. But when the guy is a vowed minimalist who won’t answer an email without a good reason to do so… well, it makes you feel honored. There must be something I’m doing right.

Feeling honored is no reason to accept an advice, though. But what would you do if you were interpreting the Bible and the apostle himself came and told you: “no, what I meant was…”

So, OK, Everett the primer will be free.

First of all, congratulations for this tip!

I do completely agree with the free beer, excuse me, the free primer. I think that’s the best way to hook people on, as when we take a look in our favorite book shop before buying something. Even in the case we don’t buy anything, it’s probably we come back looking for more.

    Best luck and keep on!

  2. Thanks Tonisan; are you following this same policy for your own game?
